Digistamps4Joy - Challenge #121 Anything Goes with optional twist - add a tag

Hi everyone!

I am so happy to show you the challenge which is Anything Goes, but with a twist to "add a tag" fo Digistamps4joy.

I use a light blue paper and paper desing for my card. I'm using the digi dream (so pretty) from Jen's digi. You can see she in this link
